At Fontaines D.C., we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order isn't quite right, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in unworn, resaleable condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop your package off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
